The Cricket Leaders Programme is designed to give young people between the ages of 14 and 16 the opportunity to acquire new skills and develop leadership skills that will allow them to volunteer within their cricket club and/or school.
An opportunity for boys and girls to learn new skills and earn experience with the Berkshire Cricket foundation's performance and participation teams.
The Modules:
- Junior Activator Training
- Umpiring & Scoring
- Grounds-keeping and the Environment
- First Aid
- Fundraising
- Mental Toughness

- Contribution towards some Duke of Edinburgh awards schemes
Once modules are completed young leaders will have the opportunity to apply to help the Berkshire Cricket Foundation on our Participation & Performance work.e.g. Assist boys/girls county sessions, Assist All Stars Community sessions.
Cost:
There is a cost of £50 that covers the course delivery and administration
