In the academic year 2022/223The Berkshire Cricket Foundation has planned to deliver over 2000 hours of primary school delivery split into 3 categories . . .
Whole School Programmes - 46 Schools - The sessions will see our community coaches working with schools for a 6 weeks block and delivering to 2 or 4 classes a week. The sessions will be focused on schools who wouldn't usually be able to access cricket or who have been identified as schools who can link to local clubs running national programmes, girls sections or to a local street project.
Engagement Days - 45 Schools - These one day sessions will see our community coaches delivering a day of schools activity inspiring as many children as possible to have a go at cricket through taster sessions, informal teacher CPD and Assemblies. They are targeted at schools nearby clubs delivering All Stars or Dynamos Centres and also new Girls sections.
Inter School Competition - 45 Days - 2021/22 will see The BCF deliver more days of Primary School Competition than ever before. These will be split into the following categories . . .
Year 1&2 All Stars Festivals
Year 3&4 Dynamos Skills Festivals
Year 5&6 Dynamos Festivals (The New Kwik Cricket)
SEN School Festivals
