During the Autumn of 2019 and into the start of 2020 we worked through a process to develop a four year strategy to support, grow and sustain Cricket within the County - our Countywide Plan.
This plan is very aspirational and is based on what we know - there are significant gaps within the cricket provision and pathway, and we want to address these over the four year period. Despite the pandemic, lockdowns, reduced capacity and access to children we have already delivered on some of the outcomes.
Whilst the plan may seem adventurous, the traction that we have achieved over the last four years tells us that the next four could be amazing!
