Women & Girls Club Coach Development Session - 6th November 3-6pm @ Waingels College

This session will provide the opportunity for Club Coaches (with a Women & Girls focus) to interact with our Women & Girls Performance Coaches to develop how we can work with our players around the 3 key skills of batting, bowling & fielding. The delivery will be based around Berkshire Women & Girls’ Talent Development Framework (which will be sent to you prior to the event) and will be led by two of our Pathway Managers, Beth Morgan and Paul Bew. We will present ideas around the 3 key skills and how we can support our players to practice these and the interventions we can use. The Talent Development Framework is relatable to those coaching at all skill levels. This will provide coaches with more knowledge, skills and confidence to lead player-centred coaching sessions in the club environment and support all the girls playing cricket in the county.
