For us to make our sport equitable and welcoming to our communities, we must first seek to understand our people so that we can ensure we provide appropriate opportunities for all ethnicities, genders, and socio-economic backgrounds.

Our EDI Steering Group have been working on an overview of our approach to this area, and have created the initial draft of our EDI Action Plan - please see below

This plan will develop over time and will become embedded in our behaviours and decision making.
