Your Chance to Volunteer
Talent is equally distributed; opportunity is not. Cricket Without Boundaries is looking for volunteers for their Autumn 2023 and Spring 2024 projects.
Gisele Ishimwe (pictured) is just one of the many reasons you should consider volunteering with CWB. She was first introduced to cricket through Cricket Without Boundaries’ community sessions near to her home in Ndera, brought along by her little brother Jule.
Now in 2023, she will lead Rwanda in their U19 World Cup Campaign in South Africa, starting January 15th. Of the Rwanda U19 squad, 9 of the 15 players started their cricketing journey with CWB.
Volunteer with Cricket Without Boundaries to help us find the next Giselle and start their cricketing journey, while also using the sport as a platform for positive social change.
Its an opportunity that our very own Nick Holroyd has been involved with now on 3 different occasions and he has recently shared his experience with children from both Bradfield and Woolhampton Primary schools as they were able to illustrate T-Shirts for Nick to take to children in Kenya on his most recent trip with the charity. Nick message is clear
"Cricket Without Boundaries trips are truly inspiring, life changing for lots of the children coached and life enriching for the volunteers. Your efforts can make a positive change to a child's life for ever."

* Uganda - 30 Sept - 14 Oct
* Kenya - 30 Sept - 14 Oct
