Observation Sessions.
With the success of our older County Age Groups and First XI it has been difficult to find a time and location outside where we can host our observations. Therefore, we will be hosting the observation sessions at The Piggott School in Wargrave on the following dates/times:

These sessions will be limited to 24 players in each session. If required, we have the capacity to host more sessions the following week. Players will attend 1 session only.
Players school arrive 5 minutes before their registration time, and not before.
Players will be observed by our coaching team across competitive nets, fielding and movement stations overseen by our Pathway Manager and Performance Manager alongside our Performance Coaches. The application requires the players to outline their primary and secondary playing skill, and we will also use our Scouting Network across the clubs and schools to discuss players with their coaches.
The outcome of our observation sessions will see selected players invited to attend our Winter Specialist Skill Sessions between October and December. There will be additional trials later for the U14 & U16 regional Hub programme later in the year/early next year which sits underneath our County Age Group programme.
When nominating players, please consider how they compare with their skills in comparison to County Age Group players they have played against in the past.
