The Royal Berkshire Conference Centre hosted the regional launch of Allstars Cricket on Thursday evening
Allstars Cricket has landed in Berkshire!
All Stars Cricket is a nationwide programme that is designed to inspire five- to eight-year-olds to take up cricket and provide a great first experience of the game.
Putting fun right at the centre of this experience, All Stars Cricket aims to instil children with a lifelong love of our sport. We want today's kids to remain in cricket for the long-term – whether that’s as players, volunteers, officials or spectators.
The programme looks to enhance existing youth programmes and provides an 'out of the box' solution for clubs looking to expand in to the younger age group.
The feedback from clubs was very positive and we will be supporting those clubs who have signed up to be an Allstars Centre over the coming weeks and months to ensure that they are ready for the big kick off in April.
If your club hasn't signed up yet and you would like to, please visit allstarscricket where you can also see more about the initiative
Or you can read more about the programme in the brochure below, or contact Mark Foster, mark.foster@berkshirecricket.org or 07810 898798 and he can explain more of how this would benefit your club
